Our answer is simple: If an issue occurs within the applicable warranty and service period of one of our inflatables, our in-house service department will handle it right away!

Message or e-mail us with description of the problem and pictures of the damage. We will consult our service team, and let you know what is the best solution.

In the majority of cases, the repair is better to be conducted by the JB repair team. However, in case the damage is small and finds place NOT on the jumping surface or structural support components, the repair can be conducted by yourself. However, prior to conducting any repairs, contact your account manager about the problem, we, in turn, will advise you on the best way to tackle the problem and support you with materials for the repair.
