How do I inflate my inflatable?
With your custom-made inflatable product, you always receive a detailed manual. This includes instructions for inflating. In short, it boils down to this:
- Lay the inflatable down in a safe environment, on a flat surface.
- Unroll the inflatable.
- Anchor the inflatable.
- Plug it in, let the air in, and you're done!
You can inflate the inflatable by yourself, but it gets a bit easier with two people.

How do I clean an inflatable?

Always ensure the inflatable is dry before storing to prevent weather stains. In heavy rain, even the inside of the inflatable can get wet. Then, inflate it in dry weather, so the air cushion can dry itself. Sand and ice are often the biggest culprits of dirt. Sand can be easily removed with a vacuum cleaner, while ice residues are best removed with an all-purpose cleaner and a cloth.
You can inflate the inflatable by yourself, but it gets a bit easier with two people.

How do I store an inflatable?
With your custom-made inflatable product, you always receive a detailed manual. This includes instructions for deflating and packing up. In short, it boils down to this:
- Check thoroughly that the inflatable is empty. Are all the children, shoes, and socks out?
- Unplug and open the zipper.
- Ensure that as much air as possible is out by letting the inflatable lie down or walking over it calmly.
- Fold the inflatable over and roll it up.
You can inflate the inflatable by yourself, but it's a bit easier with two people.

What instructions should I give to the users of my bouncy castle?
On every JB bouncy castle, you will find instructions for safe use. These instructions boil down to:
- Always follow the directions of the present supervisor.
- Take off your shoes before getting on the bouncy castle.
- Play calmly: avoid bumping and pushing.
- Do not climb on the walls of the bouncy castle.
There is no maximum age for using a bouncy castle, but sometimes there is a maximum height. This depends on the wall height of the bouncy castle.

How long does a JB bouncy castle typically last?
Of course, this depends on the usage. From experience, we know that our bouncy castles usually last more than 10 years. We even have customers who have been using the same bouncy castle for over 15 years. What we see with the majority of our customers is that they opt for a new bouncy castle somewhere between 5 and 10 years. JB offers a 5-year warranty and service maintenance on all products.
