How do you guarantee the quality and safety of your inflatables?

Even when an inflatable is used as a play device, we deliver high-quality products. These are standardly certified as NEN-EN 14960.
What should we consider when inflating an inflatable?
Wind is a factor to consider. It's also important to pay attention to traffic situations and the regulations within your municipality. If it's temporary, you can always set up an inflatable on your own property.
What can I do if I have a problem with my inflatable promotional product?
Repairing your bouncy castle promotional product or inflatable play equipment by yourself is usually not an option. Therefore, email or send a photo and description of the problem to our repair team. More information about this can be found under Design & Production.

Absolutely! You can contact our sales team for this. What event do you need the inflatable for? What is your target audience? And in the case of a bouncy castle or inflatable play equipment: how many children should it be suitable for? It's very simple in three steps via our website! First, choose one or more products that are similar to what you have in mind, and add them to your favorites. Then, describe your wishes in the form to request a no-obligation quote. Think about colors, texts, and logos. You can also send a file with more details, such as a brand style guide. Favorites sent? What is the warranty period for a bouncy castle product?
We offer a warranty and service maintenance on all inflatable promotional products from JB Promotions, unless otherwise indicated. We are convinced that our inflatable promotional products (with normal use) will not break. However, if you do encounter a problem, our service team will of course resolve it for you.
How can I manage risk and liability?
Supervise your inflatable, if necessary. For example, if you have a gigantic promotional product on your premises. Direct supervision is, of course, not necessary for a skydancer. Consider taking out liability insurance. This way, you take good care of your customers and yourself and stand strong together.
