What can I do if I have a problem with my inflatable promotional product?

What is the warranty period for a bouncy castle product?

We offer a warranty and service maintenance on all inflatable promotional products from JB Promotions, unless otherwise indicated. We are convinced that our inflatable promotional products (with normal use) will not break. However, if you do encounter a problem, our service team will of course resolve it for you.

How can I manage risk and liability?

Supervise your inflatable, if necessary. For example, if you have a gigantic promotional product on your premises. Direct supervision is, of course, not necessary for a skydancer. Consider taking out liability insurance. This way, you take good care of your customers and yourself and stand strong together.
