Return & Return policy:

Have you ordered a product but it isn't to your liking? That's unfortunate. You can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be sent complete and in original condition (so without signs of use) and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, or you can bring it to our warehouse in Meppel. The purchase price* will be returned 14 days after receiving your product.

* In the absence of the original packaging, accessories, or if there are signs of use or damage: 15% of the purchase price of the concerned product is deducted. When it appears that 15% is insufficient to compensate damages, we are free to hold a higher percentage from the purchase amount, or in rare cases, reject the return. Return shipments are at the buyer's risk meaning that JB-Inflatable B.V. is not responsible for the damage or loss of returned products. Therefore always ask for a shipping receipt and keep it safe.
