Our headquarters in Meppel is the home base for the 38 professionals who work at JB. Every day they are ready to help you with any issues. Whether it concerns the Design, Logistics, Service, Sales, Finance or Marketing department: everyone works together to provide you and your customers with the best inflatables.
From an idea to a finished product
Do you have a good idea for a new inflatable? Then we would like to discuss it with you. We create a 3D design and transform your idea into reality. During the design process we check whether a project meets customer’s needs and also thoroughly test inflatables. If the product is just what you need and has showed itself well in tests, we deliver the product to you immediately. The inflatable is ready for use and hopefully will bring a lot of fun!
Warranty and top service
All our bouncy castles and attractions come with a warranty of one year on materials and workmanship. All inflatables not used in a fixed setting or on a daily basis receive an additional 4 year warranty upon request. Our in-house service professionals are highly capable of fixing even complex issues with your inflatable so you can keep using your inflatable for years to come.
Showroom
All customers are welcome to visit our showroom in Meppel, that is no less than 2400 m2! The JB team is ready to give you more information and a demonstration of the products you are interested in. You don't live in the Netherlands? No problem: we promise you that when you are here and if you buy one of our awesome IPS or inflatable products, we will reimburse your plane ticket*.
*Just like that? Well, we do have some restrictions: we will reimburse the cost of an economic class ticket, and you need to show us that the ticket is on your name.
