Shipping & Delivery:

We strive to have orders delivered as quickly as possible. Orders placed and paid for before 5:00 p.m. on business days will be shipped the next business day. 

Shipping to other EU countries?

Shipping to all EU countries is possible. For delivery outside EU countries please email [email protected]. Mention in your e-mail always the product, the delivery address and date. You will then receive an email back with, if delivery is possible, the quote.

What is the delivery time for a product that is out of stock?

The product page will indicate when we will have the product back in stock. If the product is unexpectedly sold out, we will contact you immediately.

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.

How will my package or pallet be shipped?

Our parcels are shipped with DHL Parcel and pallets are shipped with DHL Freight.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

Are you not at home at the first delivery moment? Then the delivery person will try to deliver your package atthe neighbors to give if you have not objected to this during ordering. You will receive a bill in the bus where the package is delivered. If no one is home, you will receive a message in the mailbox with further information to receive your package.

What should I do if I have never received my parcel?

That's very annoying! First check if the neighbors received it. No luck? Then please contact our sales team directly at +1(786)871-1112 or [email protected]
